After picking it up at the destination of the second trip, it left a trail of shards of black plastic in its wake like Hansel and Gretel's proverbial breadcrumbs. The first time it was used, one of the outside zippers was completely ripped off and that part of the bag wide open. The wheels immediadiately began to stick one had to be dragged to get it to roll again.
