[ 1.0 stars ] "I, too, ordered as a 3pc set and received only the 20" case. I contacted Brookstone thru Amazon's "Contact Seller" and was strung along for 2 weeks by a series of very unhelpful CSRs. Finally managed to get someone to call me and she informed me that Brookstone doesn't carry a 3pc set in this style. She refunded my money which was processed within 2 days. When asking for the rest of my order I was informed I didn't order it correctly and that the entire set costs over $300. When I asked to return the carry-on I was sent a shipping label where I would have to pay to have it shipped back. It took 2 phone calls to their customer care center to get a pre-paid labe ..."
